Book a health assessment during which you will get a full body 'MOT' which includes posture and spine health, mobility, core strength, existing injuries and risk of any future ones, gait analysis and lifestyle (existing and future goals). We use your results to create a development plan with an appropriate package for your training sessions, nutrition and progress tracking.
How do I get Started?
our PREPARE & MAINTAIN package is ideal if you wish to start your first PT programme or maintain an existing one, but are short on time.
Our best seller, the PERFORMANCE package is goal orientated; be it body transformation, strength training and conditioning or a combination of both.
ACTION package is for those who are fully committed to achieving the goals set in their bespoke development plan and want to get there quicker.
8 SESSIONS PER MONTH
Partners, friends or family with similar goals and fitness levels may wish to train together under the JOINT PT package. Sessions must be taken at the same time!
