Couples PT gives you all the benefits of 1-to-1 coaching, designed so you can train as a pair — partner, friend, or family member. You’ll share the session, but your plan and coaching are tailored to each of you.

1. Initial Assessments (£99 each)

Before starting, both of you complete a 60-minute assessment with one of our expert coaches. We cover:

  • Movement quality & imbalances
  • Areas of tightness or restriction
  • Pre-existing or potential injury risks
  • Posture, stress, and sleep patterns
  • Nutrition overview

2. Couples Plan

From both assessments, we design a shared training package:

  • Personalised progressions for each of you
  • Balanced sessions that work for different goals or fitness levels
  • Integration of recovery & corrective work
  • Built around your joint schedules & commitments

3. Train Together & Progress

Your joint plan evolves as you do:

  • Structured couples training sessions
  • Regular check-ins & reassessments for both
  • Performance, mobility & rehab support
  • Ongoing adjustments to keep you both progressing

Start here: A £99 assessment is required per person before beginning any training package.
