Memberships
Memberships run on Direct Debit via GoCardless with full-term commitment (monthly, 3, 6, or 9 months).
A valid Direct Debit mandate is required unless you pay your entire term upfront in-store.
Services cannot be accessed without cleared payment.
GoCardless/admin fees for failed or cancelled payments are passed on to the client.
Cancelling then reinstating a mandate may incur an admin fee.
One pause per membership term is guaranteed if requested 14 days in advance. Any further pauses are case-by-case and not guaranteed.
Session Packs
Any sessions purchased as a single monthly pack (with no longer-term commitment, minimum 3-month initial term) will expire 30 days from purchase.
Payment for single monthly packs may be made in-store.
Sessions not used within 30 days are forfeited.
Packs are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Training Programmes & Assessments
An Initial Assessment may be required before starting a training programme.
Training programmes include reassessments, tailored programme design, and facility access as set out on our Website.
Add-on PT sessions may be available to programme-holders.
Prices are listed on our Website and may be updated from time to time.
Therapy & Massage
Services include sports massage, manual therapy, cupping, scraping, and premium combinations.
Available as single sessions or packs.
While every effort is made to ensure safety, participation carries some inherent risk. The Club accepts no liability except where caused by proven negligence.
Food Subscriptions
Supplied by Your Health Food, billed weekly.
Cancellation requires 7 days’ notice before the next billing date.
No refunds mid-cycle unless required by law.
The Club is not liable for adverse reactions unless caused by proven negligence.
Cancellations
<24 hours’ notice = session non-refundable.
Memberships: 30 days’ notice required. Early exit may incur 50% charge of remaining term.
Assessments/Workshops: <48 hours’ notice = non-refundable.
Food Subscriptions: 7 days’ notice required before the next billing date.
Rebookings only at Club’s discretion.
Refunds
No refunds for unused sessions.
If the Club cancels, a reschedule or credit will be offered.
Refunds (if applicable) processed within 14 working days.
Statutory consumer rights still apply.
Health & Safety
Clients must disclose all medical conditions, injuries, and any medications (legal or illegal).
Participation carries inherent risks, but we work to ensure safety. The Club is not liable for injuries or complications arising from undisclosed conditions or medications.
GP clearance may be required.
Kids & Safeguarding
Services are open to adults 18+ and to children/young adults with written parental or guardian consent.
Parents/guardians assume responsibility and risk for under-18s.
We provide tailored training programmes and clubs for young people; parents/guardians remain responsible for suitability and supervision.
All staff working with children are DBS-checked and follow safeguarding policies.
Conduct & Behaviour
Respect staff, clients, and facilities.
Unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behaviour = termination without refund.
Harassment, unwanted attention, or boundary violations not tolerated.
Other Key Points
Late arrivals: sessions end at scheduled time.
Personal property: your responsibility, not insured by the Club.
Outdoor sessions: subject to weather/safety changes.
Variation of services: timetables and trainers may change.
Photography/Media: consent will be sought before featuring identifiable clients.
