1. Initial Assessment (£99)
60 minutes with one of our expert coaches to give your body a full MOT. We assess:
- Movement quality & imbalances
- Areas of tightness or restriction
- Pre-existing or potential injury risks
- Posture, stress, and sleep patterns
- Nutrition overview
2. Personalised Plan
From your assessment, we design a tailored package:
- Mix of 1-2-1 training, online support & structured programming
- Integrated manual therapy, Theragun recovery & corrective work
