1. Initial Assessment (£99)

60 minutes with one of our expert coaches to give your body a full MOT. We assess:

  • Movement quality & imbalances
  • Areas of tightness or restriction
  • Pre-existing or potential injury risks
  • Posture, stress, and sleep patterns
  • Nutrition overview

2. Personalised Plan

From your assessment, we design a tailored package:

  • Mix of 1-2-1 training, online support & structured programming
  • Integrated manual therapy, Theragun recovery & corrective work
  • Built around your work, lifestyle & commitments

3. Train & Progress
