We're excited to launch the RUN LDN Run Club – a friendly, inclusive running group designed to help you build fitness, boost mental wellbeing, and meet like-minded people in the community.

Whether you're a complete beginner, getting back after injury, or training for your next race, we've got you covered.

Weekly Run Club Sessions

Starts and ends at LDN Fit Club, Surrey Quays

Monday: 07:15–08:15 AM - Proper Run - A structured group run focused on pace and progression.

Wednesday: 18:30–19:30 PM - Run + Small Circuit - A mix of cardio and bodyweight training for variety.

Friday:12:15–13:15 PM - Couch to 5KWalk/run intervals – perfect for beginners or rehab.

Recovery & Injury Support

Each session includes access to our Injury Rehab Clinic afterwards — run by our expert team to help you:

  • Improve mobility and running form

  • Prevent injury

  • Get personalised recovery tips
